The person behind Refinement
I'm Regina.
I see the possibility
in your space.

My story
An unexpected beginning.
A purposeful practice.
My path to Refinement began with a change I hadn't planned. When an architecture job offer fell through, I began taking on hands-on work to make ends meet. Organizing quickly became the work I returned to, and the work clients returned to me for.
What began as a practical next step became something much more personal. I found purpose in helping people feel more at ease in their homes, bringing order to spaces that had become overwhelming and creating systems that made everyday life easier.
With a Master of Architecture from Hampton University and experience in architecture and workplace interiors, I bring a trained eye for layout, proportion and the way people move through a space. That background informs every closet, kitchen and home I organize.
Refinement grew from the meeting of those two worlds: design thinking and hands-on care. Today, my work brings organization, move-in support, storage planning and curated solutions together around the person who actually lives or works there.
How I work
A beautiful result should make your day easier.
I start by understanding your routines, your belongings and what isn't working. Together, we make thoughtful decisions about what stays and where it belongs. Then I create practical systems that feel natural to use and realistic to maintain.
My goal is for you to recognize yourself in the finished space, with more room to breathe and a clearer sense of how it supports your life.
